Your plan
In Randio Open Settings → Billing
Randio has one plan, billed through Shopify on your app subscription. You approved it on Shopify's plan page when you subscribed, and that page is the authoritative statement of your terms. Shopify's invoices are the billing record.
The three lines
| Line | What it is | When it is charged |
|---|---|---|
| Base | $99 per month | Each billing cycle |
| Outreach catalogs | 750 included, then $0.02 each | When the email actually goes out |
| Commission | 8.5% of the discounted line price of items bought at a Randio price | Once, when the order is paid |
There are no tiers, no feature levels, no credits and nothing that pauses a campaign for billing reasons. Every merchant has the full app. A small set of enterprise capabilities (white-label branding, team users, multi-storefront, more than one campaign per group) is only available on a private plan with negotiated terms.
What counts as an outreach catalog
One email sent by an Outreach campaign. People the campaign cannot reach are skipped before sending and are not counted: unsubscribed, bounced or suppressed addresses, and anyone who already holds a live catalog from another campaign.
Storefront campaigns (Logged In and Guest modes) build catalogs as visitors arrive and are never counted. They contribute to the bill only through commission, when they sell.
What counts for commission
Any paid order line where the customer bought the item at a Randio price, from an outreach email or from the storefront. Other items on the same order are not commissioned, and neither is anything sold without a Randio offer.
Where to see it
Settings → Billing, visible to the store owner, shows the open cycle. At the top, your plan and the cycle's dates. Then what the cycle earned: attributed sales, what you keep after commission, and the return on the plan. Then the three lines as they stand: the base plan, the commission with the Randio-sold items it is based on, and outreach catalogs sent against the included 750, with "Charged this cycle so far" and links to the orders and analytics behind them. Past cycles, on the same page, keeps every closed cycle as Randio reported it to Shopify, with a cycle that ended early marked.
The dashboard does not show the cycle; its headline cards are your last 30 days of Randio orders and revenue.
1 Your plan and the dates of the current cycle.
2 Outreach catalogs sent this cycle against the included 750.
3 Commission accrued on paid Randio-attributed items so far.
4 Past cycles, as Randio reported them to Shopify.
Cancelling
Cancelling the subscription on Shopify ends the service at the end of the cycle. Randio does not have a paused state: with no active plan, campaigns stop and catalogs stop serving. Subscribe again to start over.
