Email configuration
In Randio Open Settings → Branding Open Settings → Preferences
Outreach emails are sent by Randio on your behalf. There is no mail server to connect and no API key to paste. What you control lives in three places.
Who it comes from
Emails go out from a Randio-managed address on a Randio domain, warmed and monitored for you. The sender name is "Randio" while your store sends from Randio's shared pool, and your store's name once it sends from its own Randio sending subdomain. Campaign emails carry no reply-to address: a customer who replies reaches the sending address, not you. Put your support email in the email template if you want replies. A sending address on your own domain, and the removal of Randio branding, are not on the standard plan; see Custom branding.
What it says
The email template owns the subject line, the body text and the design. Edit it in Templates; each template has two sets of wording, the first send and the reminder. See Email templates. Reminder emails are a per-campaign setting; see Reminder emails. The template editor can send a test email to you before a campaign goes live.
Who receives it
Only customers with email marketing consent and a deliverable address are emailed. The Customer Groups page shows the count as "can be emailed"; it also leaves out people in a send cooldown and people holding another campaign's live catalog, so it can be lower than the group. Every email carries an unsubscribe link; a customer who uses it is not emailed again by your campaigns.
Bounces and spam complaints come back to Randio automatically. A bounced or complaining address is suppressed, and the customer's deliverability status is visible on their customer page and usable as a group filter.
How fast it goes out
Settings → Preferences shows your store's Email Frequency: the most emails Randio sends for you in a day, and your standing (good standing, building trust, reduced, or paused). The limit starts at a fixed figure, grows as you keep sending cleanly, with few bounces and no complaints, and falls if either climbs. Engaged and warm contacts can always be emailed; cooling and dormant ones unlock once you have emailed 200 customers in good standing.
Emails leave in ten-minute windows inside the limit, so a large group goes out over several days. The campaign page shows how many were sent and how many are waiting. See Scheduling and duration.
